Research begins once you submit your payment. By submitting your payment, you are entering into a written contract to receive the intellectual property or physical deliverables. Clients are responsible for submitting documentation and requested information in a timely matter to ensure the project moves forward smoothly.Your delay or hesitation does not result in a refund, just reasonable timeline adjustments. However, when your contract ends, you will have to pay the past due payment plus an additional fee to restart.
Return and Refund Policy
All services begin with an initial email/ phone consultation . All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Work begins immediately upon receipt of your payment. All payments are allocated to research, consulting and operational execution. Intellectual property , strategies and materials delivered are considered completed services.
